After evaluating more than 260 applications from 60 countries, UN Tourism recognized the rich and outstanding natural and cultural resources of Tra Que Vegetable Village as well as the village’s commitments and actions to meet the three pillar of sustainable tourism development.

To date, UN Tourism has awarded grants to 130 towns around the world.
