On January 1, the SP3 train from Hanoi arrived at Lao Cai station, taking 421 passengers to the Northwest, including 306 international passengers.
The “groundbreaking” ceremony was held at the station by the People’s Committee of Lao Cai City, the Department of Tourism of Lao Cai Province and Lao Cai Railway Station.
